We work with marginalized youth

Our specialists take part in special workshops that help us create a safe, supportive space—free from stigma and discrimination—where you are accepted just as you are.

Have a question about groups?

  • Who are your support groups for?

Our groups are specifically designed for young people from marginalized communities who need a safe space for personal growth, support, and overcoming life challenges.

  • How are your groups different from regular psychological sessions?

We follow a specially designed program for youth. Each session has a clear topic and practical exercises aimed at developing skills to manage stress, anxiety, and boost self-confidence.

  • What topics are covered in the sessions?

Topics include emotional regulation, communication skills, coping with discrimination, stress management, and building healthy relationships. All topics are adapted to the needs of participants.

  • Will I feel safe participating?

Yes. We provide a safe, supportive environment free from stigma and discrimination, where every participant is accepted as they are.

  • How are the sessions conducted: online or in-person?

We prioritize in-person sessions in Kyiv, but we also offer online groups via Zoom or other video platforms for participants’ convenience.

  • Do I need prior therapy or group experience to join?

No, prior experience is not required. Our groups are open to anyone who wants support and to learn new skills.
